What a great Danish went back twice. Had the loganberry Danish. Delicious. Had a strawberry Danish. Cant be better. Coffee was outstanding. Lines moved quickly. Wish it was around here. Friendly staff. Didn't expect it to be so yummy. It was.

Best authentic danish breakfast in Copenhagen. It is dead opposite main entrance of train station. For 75dk which is 9 pounds I had coffee, roll of my choice, homemade jam, danish cheese and a pastry. The bakery is extraordinary! Loads of seating area, and very clean. Not overly busy or crowded. The locals eat here too as well as tourists.... More

Ordered the breakfast for the extra hungry, and it was more than plenty, tasted great and it came with a surprisingly nice and mellow tasting coffee. Recommended.

Andersen Bakery lies just across from the central station and serves a really good Danish breakfast. The setup is café style. When you enter you take a number and wait your turn. Use that too look at the offerings. You can order different breakfasts, and effectively what you can get is different bread rolls, you get butter, cheese, jam, Danish... More

Highlights: -grab a number from the ticket dispenser. Just like how you would do at a meat counter. -lots of seating -free wifi. Code is on the receipt. I love trip advisor. Mostly because of the trusted reviews. I literally have never been steered wrong! Delicious almond croissants. Cup of tea. It's located straight in front of central station. Do... More

I went with friends for a quick breakfast, and being located across from the central station, it is very good for that. I have to say though, having tried several bakeries in the greater Copenhagen area, it was an average experience. I like that they have a number system when you walk in, so you can walk around and look... More

We stopped by for breakfast on our last day in Copenhagen. Such delicious pastries! I had the breakfast with drink, bread of choice, cheese, and mini pastry. Wish we had more time to try more of the amazing looking treats here.

We enjoyed a delicious breakfast here after arriving on an overnight Bus from Germany. We already knew that food in Copenhagen is very expensive, so we were just looking for a low-key bakery to start off the day. Their bread and baked goods are fantastic, and we were happy to see that they had many different breakfast options in a... More

Great place to have breakfast. Not very expensive compared to the rest of Copenhagen. Good and varied food. Really tasty pastries and a good large cup of coffee!

Staying in Inner Vesterbro

Neighbourhood Profile
Inner Vesterbro
This neighbourhood is home to Tivoli Gardens, a world famous amusement park and beautiful garden always worth a visit. Just west of Tivoli, you’ll find Copenhagen Central Station, from where you can reach just about every part of Denmark within 5 or 6 hours, or you can reach Copenhagen Airport in less than 15 minutes. Next to the Central Station, you’re in the middle of “old” Vesterbro, where several cultures and hundreds of languages are spoken in an area not more than one square mile. This neighbourhood is considered one of the most trendy places to live in and to visit in Copenhagen. For a real treat, visit Kødbyen ("meat town"), home to several restaurants, cafés and nightclubs, all within a short walk of each other.
