The setting is perfect, the views are great and there's always a crowd. Surprisingly actually, as both the food and the service has a lot to wish for... They have shifted owners and management over the years. Invested in renovation and restoring the venue. It has been awarded a cultural and historical landmark status but nothing seems to work? I... They charge 95kr for some of the worst food I have had. I live in Malmö, there are soo many other good places nearby. Don't eat at Kallis. The service was earful too.

This old bath house has its charm. Wooden and on poles on the water of Öresund. The food is varied and of good quality for the price. Main dishes in the 110-200 SEK. Good for café going as well.

The BathHouse was the highlight of my stay in Malmo. If you are - like myself - a sauna lover, you will enjoy this place a lot. I would like to start my review saying this is not a touristic place (I was probably the only non-Swidish bather) nor a fancy SPA: this is the real down-to-earth Swedish traditional BathHouse... This spa is a great Swedish experience, not to be missed. Please note this review concerns the bath-house, not the restaurant. The bath-house has separate sections for men and women with only one common steam room between both sections. Be aware that clothing is optional and nudity is expected (thankfully, a little cloth for sitting on is provided). Bring your... More

This is the place to go on a warm summer's day. You walk along the beachside path westward from the Torso in the direction of the Oresund Bridge, and you can't miss it--the cafe at the end of the pier. It's the perfect place for a Sillmacka (herring plate) and a cold beer, eaten on the outside terrace. It's always... More

In Malmo during winter then you need to try this. Sauna and then bathing in the sea is such a fantastic experience. Once you go you want to go again and again and again. Separated women and men and one sauna together. No clothes allowed! But bring towel to sit on and if you are uncomfortable with being nude in... More

We went here for lunch on a weekday and the place wasn't even half full. The building is lovely and the food was decent but a bit pricey. There is lot's of outdoor seating which is nice when the weather is good.. The place is not particularly childfriendly but there is a large playground nearby. If you don't want to... More

OK, I must say we did not try the food and only popped in for half of a sauna day combined with swimming in the sea. This was the best ever sauna experience I have ever had. There are three saunas apparently, a men-only, a mixed one and women only, which is the one we used. You cannot enter the... More

Went there and thoroughly enjoyed myself. There are a couple of different saunas, the one with the green cloverleaf means 'silent'. There are also common saunas (men and women) and women only. But of course, i am speaking from the perspective of a woman, from the women's section. The location is special, right out at the open sea. You have... More
