It's a shared dining concept however it works for a table for one as well. You can't go wrong. The food very tasty, the beers are from the smaller breweries and the service is very friendly, sociable and approachable. Definitely I will be visiting again!

Really shocked by review on here stating over priced and food not good. I would say the total opposite (appreciate everyone is entitled to their view) there is nothing that I would complain about from our visit to Hairy Pig. Our waitress was friendly and...More

Steer away as this is a tourist trap that serves up food with no inspiration. The beef ordered was cold, the aubergines were dripping oil, the goat cheese was a bit acidic, the bread very stale and the other dishes were just below average. In...More

My brother has moved to Stockholm for work and suggested we go to the Hairy Pig on our first visit there. It did not disappoint. Every small dish and platter of food was top notch. The enthusiastic staff, great beers on tap, a local food...More

I think I was just expecting too much after picking this restaurant from the top of the Trip-Advisor list. It started with those really uncomfortable high-chairs (maybe it is a trick to get rid of people very fast, so you can max the seatings?). The...More

Very nice place, very nice staff. The service is fast but they forgot to inform us that 1 of the dishes had sold out... and the food was overall disappointing- pork belly was tasty but almost just fat, and the sausage was indeed very tasty...More

The atmosphere of the restaurant is great and the staff is super friendly. However there are not many options if you are more attracted by vegetarian or fish options. Overall tapas are OK but expensive (3 times more expensive than in Spain). We do not...More

Gamla Stan & Riddarholmen
Gamla Stan is Stockholm’s historic old town and home
to the Swedish Royal Palace. It’s the most central
island of Stockholm and accompanied by the small
island of Riddarholmen, mainly known for its famous
Riddarholm Church. Gamla Stan tends to be a bit
touristy at times but is definitely worth visiting:
take a stroll past the well-preserved buildings and
through the small (and also Sweden’s narrowest)
