We liked this restaurant, and even though we probably won't return to soon (or ever), I do recommend it if you want to try food from Pakistan. The food was good. We had samosas and lentil croquetts for starters, lamb shank, chicken adrak marabba and dahi gosht (beef), and we were all satisfied. The samosa was crispy, the lamb shank... More

had a great experience at this restaurant. The starters and the mains were very nice. The chef acknowledged our request for more spice!!! The restaurant can work on the drinks menu

Heard a lot of good about this restaurant, but unfortunately we were not impressed. Food ok but not great. Naanbreads were dry. Lassi was a bit bland. And the room itself not so inspiring.

I booked a table via the homepage of the restaurant to celebrate my wife's birthday. And I got a direct confirmation from one of the employees of the restaurant. Once I got to the restaurant I found the restaurant empty, but open. I managed to get hold of one of the employees that told me that the restaurant was close... More

I went there with my family for a dinner on 17th of April. There was nothing on the menu for kids. We decided to sit any way. I ordered Mix Grill plate and Chicken Tikka masala. Tikka masala was so so, not really good but not too bad either. But the Mix Grill plate was really bad. It was at... More

It is a small restaurant with limited seating and not a huge menu, but definitely our best meal in Stockholm and some of the best Pakistani food we have tried. Another thing we liked is that they tell you exactly how much wine will be poured in a glass so you have an option of buying a smaller or larger... More

I was appalled bythe service recieved at this restaurant. We had purchased a '50% off' deal promising 3 courses of our choice and a glas of sparkling wine, to a value of approximately 1,150 sek. If they did this to promote the resturants and make more people discover it, they very much failed. Two other couples had the same deal... More

The main course was the best pakistani dish I have ever tasted, on the menu it said it was their most popular dish. It was chicken with coconut. The appetizer was not outstanding and there was oinly 3 dishes to choose from. We had the shrimp coctail and the chickpeas. The dessert was amazing, we had the saffron ice cream,... More

Staying in Vasastan

Neighbourhood Profile
Vasastan is one of those neighborhoods that almost looks too good to be true. It has the winning combination of a central location, tranquility, and beautiful buildings – housing sophisticated bars and eateries – that makes this neighborhood Stockholm’s most sought-after place to live. If walking through this area makes you feel like walking through a fairy tale or picture book it’s no surprise, as it’s actually the film set of the famous Swedish children story Karlsson-on-the-Roof. No matter what season, Vasastan manages to impress in the sunshine, covered in snow and won’t even lose its charm when soaked in rain.
