If visiting the main square, I can recommend Overste Morner to have a beer and socialize. They have a good selection of beers on tap For food, took the toast skagen which was alright; still a bit surprised how expensive this dish is for what...you get (regardless of the restaurant in Sweden) On a revisit, service was incredibly slow and some beers weren't available...maybe just a bad (or busy) day :)More

Ordered fish&chips and a Lagunita IPA beer for dinner. Price was 250 SEK. The plate was very good alas missing that extra to score the 5. The good: French fries crispy and well salted. Salad was good and a powerful dip was present, the chef...had not been afraid to do taste here. The bad: Sadly the supposed star on the plate, the fish, was unsalted and would have benefited from a splash of vinegar. The batter was however crispy, but the fish could have been larger. The dip did however save the plate and a solid 4 is awarded. The noise level is relatively high in the evening, possibly not suited for small children bit perfect for an evening with friends.More
Stayed in Linköping for 4 days and came her two times, once to drink and once to eat. Wife has some food allergies and though the bar was busy they took their time to make sure all was ok. Great range of beers and a...fantastic setting. highly recommend!More
I ate the Stack Burger and was very happy with what I got. It was very tasteful and it had a lot of bacon which I appreciate. We also didn't have to wait for long, but were also the first people since we ate early...dinner so it could be the reason. But overall, happy with the experience!More
Nice location in the city centre with a buzzing beer garden, perfect for people watching. We only had drinks and was very pleasantly surprised by the large selection of draft craft beer. Staff knowledgeable and service minded.
Perfect time to visit this pub/restaurant before it gets busy and the music gets louder.I had the toast Skagen and husband had the prawn caesar. Lots of prawns and very tasty. Good selection of beers. Music memorabilia on walls and relaxed atmosphere. Reasonable prices.

It was not traditional, the greens were tucked under the fries...(but hey, this is not hear food right?). The sauce in the bowl was almost burning hot for Swedish standards, fish not salt enough and no vinegar taste anywhere. But the fish quality was excellent as the frying (not saggy and crisp). Shame about the salt and no vinegar in the basket ( with sauces ) provided. Still a 3+ star for food, just a notch from 4. Settings:4. You can hardly done more central in town and you can overlook the main square, which in summer time will be filled with outdoor eatery places.More
Went to Linköping for work and ended up on Mörners in the evening. Very nice atmosphere and great service. Had a steak with fries and a Guiness. I will definitely visit this place again!
Food is great as always here. Not a very big menu what they have is very good. Great drinks, beer and wine. Reasonable priced. Nice service!
Great location on a sunny day! Great beer! For sure. Service is all right - a little uneven - but hey, it's not the Ritz. But be warned about the burgers! We all ordered them, thinking that this is a typical pub and would at...least have good burgers. We were very surprised when the burgers arrived. And not in a good way: a large plate, a bun with some meat in it and a very small bowl of aioli. Not one piece of vegetable! Not even an attempt at a salad or a slaw! We've been all over the world but we've never had a burger on a plate in a restaurant that has absolutely nothing green on it. As a result, the burger was tasteless and dry, of course. We might be back for a cold beer on a summer's day, but we will never order food here again.More
This is a good average put with some good local beer and a good fish and chips. The service at the pub was fast and competent
The setting is good, by the central town square and with a classic but yet modern interior. I ordered fish&chips with French fries on a Tuesday. At first it looked promising - generous amounth of fries and deep fried parsley as decoration (probably fried in...the same pan as the local pike-perch but nevermind). Then the details: very under seasoned and the dip had too much vinegar in it. Wouldn't the lemon slice be enough? The fries was just enough cooked but did not excel, no salt here either. The pike-perch was almost boneless and ok, but the batter had cracked as the fish had curled around the skin. The salad was very ordinary. Sorry to say, a 3- regardless of the fine fish origins.More
I don’t think you’ll be blown away by anything here, but everything is pretty good. The sweet and spicy burger was quite delicious. High quality fair and a nice place to grab a beer.
The location, on the main square, is pretty good. But I think there are better options in town for having beers and burgers.
