Recommended by a local, we went there. Good selection of appetizers. Mixed grill for main course was very good as well. Good service. Reasonable prices.

We went here on a Friday evening, and the food was delicious and authentic. We also enjoyed the cozy atmosphere and the great service from lovely Greek staff. Definitely among the best Greek restaurants in Helsinki!

First time good calamari and chicken suvlaki. After new menu was made available and advertised, a greek salad with mediocre vegs, no lettuce, watery tasteless vinegrette. Pork tenderloin suvlaki oversalted, tough meat (should not be!), burnt sauce, tasteless potatoes. Beware.More

Been to this restaurant several times for lunch, but just 2 days ago we went for dinner. The same welcoming waiters greeted us with a sense of hospitality that you rarely find in the scandic regions. We had the mousaka - which I had missed...More

El Greco is your friendly neighbourhood Greek restaurant however with a twist. Sure we're a family-run establishment, but we're not that typical Greek place you probably have in mind. We want to bring Greek cuisine to a novel level and inspire your taste buds with fresh tastes from the Aegean Sea. We pay homage to our classic roots while giving it all a subtle contemporary vibe. We're not talking about fine-dining or other fancy gimmicks, but honest food made with love and a passion to make you happy. We don't have customers – we have guests. We want to welcome you to El Greco like we welcome a guest to our home. A restaurant is barely a feeder without hospitality. Our deepest hope is to make your stay at El Greco a memorable one filled with joy.
