We visit every year for the amazing entrecôte. We visited tonight and were really disappointed that it has been taken off the menu. I noted many reviews here mention the steak, as do many friends in the area. A shame to remove the one thing...you are rightly very famous for. We dined here earlier this week. Good menu, steak was exceptional. Parking on the road outside. Staff were good and helpful. Creme Brûlée also excellent. Restaurant nice and modern and has been recently refurbished. Not expensive and good produce. Highly recommended.

Whenever we are in Ste Foy we make time for at least one trip to LVH, And sometimes two! The food is filling and well prepared and presented - providing an excellent selection of local specialities. We visited this time with two French friends. We all had the menu with a fixed price of 26 which is excellent value for this quality of food I started with pigs foot casserole ( very good) then wild boar fillet and finishing with a...mille feuille of chestnut puree. Delicious My wife started with foie gras then had chicken ballotine and finished with tiramisu. She liked all courses Accompanied by a local Montravel wine from Moulin Caresse. A couple of friends and I visited the town. At lunchtime we were welcomed by the owner, and much of the service was by members of his family - good.Wholesome food at a reasonable price. We will certainly go back.
