Extremely rude service from a gentleman aged in his 40s. He was Very arrogant and rude towards tourists, just after he tried to rip us off (we were charged for a pint but he gave us a half pint).

Stumbled on this place whilst exploring the harbour. Fantastic coffee, nice cakes and relaxed atmosphere. Reasonably priced, good breakfast menu!

I really do hate slamming a Reykjavik institution, but I much preferred this place when it was a hole in the wall coffee shop where Momo Ramen now was. Staff, who are no doubt friendly people, always seem to be harried and rushed, and to...More

Located by the Old Harbor it is very casual. My husband loved the fish soup and I had the ham and cheese quiche. Happy we found it. They even called a taxi for us to return to our ship.

Breakfast and sandwich was small, not bad, but not amazing, very overpriced. Bad coffee. Sad staff. But warm :)

Description
Cafe Haiti is by Reykjavik's Old harbor. We buy our coffee from farmers in Haiti. We roast the coffee in the shop and serve quality coffee as espresso, macchiato, cappuccino, latte, Arabic and Turkish coffee as well as tea and hot chocolate. Soups, cake´s and croissants as well as our fumes breakfast so if you are coming from the flight in the morning the stop and see us for breakfast and we also have good lunch and sandwiches. We also have food to go if you are going on the whale watching.
