Food is outstanding - but I'd say $200 for two, without wine, and really tiny portions of the great food is still more than a bit much. But hey - it's Iceland. Go to experience a top-notch chef doing very creative things.

We both had fish and it was really good! Interesting ingredients paired with it. Loved the bread too! We found it to be a cozy, warm place with excellent service. Would definitely go back!

This is seven months late, but for those wondering, 1) Yes, they have a children's menu 2) We were seated next to a well-behaved 4 or 5 year-old at dinner time - no issues whatsoever.
