We had lunch for a large group at Lauga-as. The food was nothing special. The most remarkable on the dining experience was that one of the waiters were so rude. He even "hushed" us once. Ended up leaving the restaurant without finishing our drinks.

Visited this restaurant on recommendation of hotel front desk and we were very happy with not only proximity to our hotel, but also the ambience. The food was outstanding and very traditional Icelandic fare. The price was reasonable for Iceland. Great food, friendly staff. A+
