We had two lovely meals here during our visit to Malta. The stuffed quail and goats cheese soufflé were amazing.

What a great Mediterranean dining experience in Old Valletta. Had an outside table on a beautiful October night on our honeymoon. Old school charm with a hint of French Bistro! Robin had stuffed Quail and I dined on butternut squash & ham soup and Maltese...More
This has hands down been my entire family's favorite restaurant on the island for years. The menu regularly changes to offer the most delicious seasonal dishes, although we also appreciate and love the classics, such as anything with risotto and the cheese cake! If you...More
Looking at other reviews, I see we are in the minority having not enjoyed our visit to Ambrosia. Situated on a buzzing side street full of small shops, bars and restaurants (many with tables outside) this is a lively area of Valletta for an evening...More
My wife and I chose this restaurant because of its interesting menu, look, and review on TripAdvisor. So far were we from being disappointed, we went back a second time to have our last dinner on Malta here. All the dishes we tried were superb....More
I have eaten at Ambrosia many times over the years, the food follows the seasons and is good. Tables are limited so it is often necessary to book. I enjoy the fish dishes and local Maltese Scilician delicacies.
Outdoor dining given the pleasant weather. The food was very good and we'd be happy to dine here again. Fresh fish as always, and fresh veggies. Go!
Very good food and the staff is super nice! A nice and cozy little place. Unfortunately the kitchen closed in the afternoon and we waited a bit too long to pay but overall, I can warmly recommend this restaurant and I will definitely come back!
Delicious food, fantastic courteous service and somewhere we would definitely recommend. Ignore the guide books that tell you to go to Angelica two doors down which is absolutely awful. This is the place to go for a truly lovely meal in Malta
