Michelin restaurant with amazing culinary art with tratitional food from Faroe Islands. Worth every krona of it! Staff was great and scenic view over Kirkjubour.

Not only the food is fantastic with a local twist - the view from the restaurant could be the only reason for a visit! Perfect service from start to end - could hardly be better!

Rather than chasing the novel for its own sake, every effort is put into exploring the ancient practices - drying, fermenting, salting and smoking.
