As a long time guest now, I have never been disappointed by the good quality of their juicy and perfectly done beef filets (my friends tell me same applies to the horse). Presentation is simple: Fries (not the best in the world), salad (same) and a sauce of your choice (great - usually don't like sauce with my filet but... More

Let me be clear, the food is good and of good qualify, however the whole package is just not right. First, the steaks : the price of 22-30€ for a steak is normal in Luxembourg, but you can get much better steaks elsewhere for that money. Also, the steaks are covered in sauce directly on the plate, which is a... More

The Restaurant was very welcoming, it is obviously very popular, Pages of Meat to eat, with one whole page dedicated to Cheval. Price seemed to be around the normal, although wine is vastly overpriced, but so was other restaurants wine lists. The matradee was very helpful and jovial.

Unlike most reviewers (and those in the party when I visited), I swerved the horse meat and went for the bovine variety! I went for a filet (which was generous in size) in a garlic sauce. It was very tasty, although the flavour of the meat was somewhat drowned out by the garlic... nevertheless the meat was very tender and... More

Simply the best horse-meat that you can find in Luxembourg! A huge choice of different horse-steaks - we recommand the house's style... Small place - so better reserve !

Nothing fancy or overblown in this place! Old style dining room with character normally full of people who love good simple food and wine! Great horse and beef steaks with ridiculously tasty sauces! Quirky service too ;)

I came here for lunch with a friend. We had an entrecôte and it was really really good. Cooked to perfection, perfectly seasoned with a nice salad for 16€. I will certainly come back.

It's always a pleasure again to visit this small restaurant which serves -in my opinion- the best horse meat (steaks and filets). Prices are reasonable considering that restaurants are quiet expensive in Luxembourg. Staff was always friendly and welcoming. Definitely the place to go if you are a meat lover.

Very nice place to eat if you like meat, especially horse meat. If you are a vegetarian you better go somewhere else as they hardly have anything else on the menu then meat.
