This gem of a restaurant is a little off the beaten track from the main tourist area but is definitely worth going to. It's small & family run. The staff seem genuinely passionate about their food & looking after their customers. We felt so welcome. We had a Cypriot meze for 2 people. There was so much food & it... More

Another recommendation and another hit, excellent choice of genuine Cypriot dishes, all of which we had tasted home cooked, even the roast potatoes which accompanied the Kleftiko. Ample portions, no complaints. Service is good and prices even better. Nice to be away from the main drag to a quieter area, well at this time of year anyway 😊

Argo"s is an old haunt that we've been to on quite a number of occasions and are always happy to return. A plain and simple Taverna serving very good, mainly Cypriot food at pretty reasonable prices. The welcome and service are always spot on and it is always very busy, so think about booking at the weekend.

Whilst on holiday in Cyprus we visited this restraunt twice. Both times the food was really good and extremely good value. It is a family run business which is away from the main port , a peaceful place to enjoy a good meal. The owner is friendly and very welcoming. I would really recommend a visit here just make sure... Visited this restaurant twice, the first night we had a very good grilled sea bream. At the end the owner mentioned their special lamb kleftiko nights (Tuesday and Saturday). We booked for the Tuesday and it was well worth it, the meat just slipped off the bone. Felt extremely full at the end of the evening.

This is a family run restaurant which is a must on each of my trips to Paphos. The moussaka is one of my favourites and i can say hand on heart it is made by scratch by Mrs 'Argo' as i have witnessed her do it. Mr 'Argo' grows his own olives and has them pressed into extra virgin olive... More

We have visited Argo restaurant many times over the last 15 years and had many enjoyable and wonderful meals. This year we visited 4 times and again the food was good but the atmosphere in the restaurant was not as warm and friendly as other years. I feel it stems from the two waitresses who can serve up the plates... More
