Excellent food, everything is home cooked by the owner who is very accommodating! Lovely atmosphere and vibe, really recommend the stuffed vegetables and meatballs - delicious!

Best food we had during our visit to Paphos. A lovely family run restaurant with over 30 years' experience. You may have to book on busier days. Popular with locals too. Buisness lunch types as well as families and tourists. Slow food (as opposed to FAST mass produced food) but quick and excellent service!
We were expecting a lot more from this restaurant given its trip advisor reviews. It's only open Tuesday and Friday evenings so we chose the Tuesday, the restaurant was packed and we ordered a main which included A village salad which was good, the mains Moussaka and Gemista (stuffed vegetables) were also Ok but nothing to rave about, the price... We went here earlier this week based on trip advisors reviews. We were not disappointed. We went on tuesday night. There was no room inside so may need to book if you want to sit inside. We sat outside and it was a lovely atmosphere. The food and service are second to none. The menu is on a chalkboard and... More
Hard to fined a better restaurant than this in paphos food to die for and the wine is not to bad either go you won't be disappointed booked already to go back another night
Went here for an evening meal. There are individual dishes you can order or you can take a group Mezze for 17 Euros per person. I would certainly recommend that. Excellent tzatziki, tabbouleh, stewed aubergines and other dishes accompanied with a beautiful, fresh mixed salad and good bread. You then get a choice of the main dishes from the menus... More

The food- a small menu of around 10 dishes on a chalkboard, described with passion by the waiters. One dish for... More
If u ve been in 7st tavern and the windmill first, than u ll be disappointed. First u have the choice of 12 € -salad and main or 17€- mezze and main. The mains re on the board and there re around 10 of them. If u choose the first option when u ll get small salad and bread (but... More
Visited Laona twice during our one week stay in Paphos. Excellent Cypriot dishes - the pork in red wine in particular was delicious. No sign of the ubiquitous chips which was a winner for us!We enjoyed every morsel! Generous portions and attentive service. Highly recommended!
