We visited during Grand Prix weekend - and ate there twice because the food was so good [and our feet ached]. The brasserie was listed in the hotel as a pop-up restaurant called Marcello. The food was very good - thin sliced ham with big lumps of parmesan for starter, really good gnocchi, excellent steaks, Good wine. What more can... More

While spending four months in Monaco, I used to come to the Columbus on a Sunday Evening and enjoy a good old Sunday roast. Just what was needed after a few beers in the afternoon watching the football. I always enjoyed visiting this hotel and I liked the decor of this restaurant. Food and service was always good. A little... More

The brasserie re-opened on 16th Nevember 2015, but I cannot recommend it at this stage as it appears to be based in the hotel foyer, which can be seen as a tad soulless. The menu is very limited at present...perhaps it will improve?

Despite being close to the heliport the Columbus Hotel restaurant has a peaceful feel with it's sunny terrace opposite the rose gardens dedicated to Princess Grace - & it may be these lovely gardens give off a feeling of tranquility to the restaurant - who knows ! The bar is one of the few tranquil places in Monaco where you... More

As a frequent visitor over the last 15 years we were very surprised on arrival to find that there us no longer a bar or restuarant in the Hotel. Breakfast is still served but that's it. The concerige appeared to be slightly embarrassed when he passed on thus information but offered no reason for the change. There is a pack... More

We always stop here for the home made brew which is excellent but this time we had the appetizers as well. My husband contracted food poisoning from some delicious but not clean chicken fingers....needless to say we avoided the place for the rest of the trip.

Had the burger which was very good and served with very good fries. Joined by a colleague who had pasta which also was very good. Wine by the glass was ok and not overpriced. This place is a solid performer on lunch as well as dinner and reasonable prices.

Restaurants in hotels can be a little hit and miss, but this one is quite good, service was excellent. Food was of a high standard, but fairly limited. Terrace is nice, especially in the sun.
