Nice Japonese option in Graz. The servisse is excellent and friendly. The wine cart is huge for Austrian restaurants. The seafood is very fresh and taste! It was a great surprise! Recommended!

Memori - simply the best and most authentic sushi restaurant by far in this area. I recommend the sushi sampler and the rock shrimp roll. Awesome.

I really like Japanese food, especially sushi and ramen and I was excited to see what they can offer in nearby Graz. Service is really kind and professional, nothing to complain there. Starters were good, but for the mains I was a bit disappointed. Sushi...was OK, but nothing special (I had much better for less money). Ramen (chicken) was a bit on the disappointing side as I would say it was totally "localised" and had really not much to do with true ramen taste I am used from Asia. All in all nice atmosphere, nice service, but certainly overpriced for what is being offered (in my opinion).More

We visited Graz today on Easter Sunday and struggled to find a nice place for a good lunch. Through TripAdvisor we found this Japanese place a bit outside Graz, actually it is in Seiersberg, but easily reachable. We chose the Omakase menu with wine pairing....Since we still had to drive a bit afterwards the Chef Sommelier immediately proposed to split one pairing for two, which we found a great idea! The service anyway was outstanding, took care immediately of our needs without letting us wait. The food was equally outstanding and comprised, as one would expect, Sashimi and Sushi, a super excellent octopus with bell pepper ice cream!!! Then a lovely chicken and finished with a fantastic mixed plate of various desserts. And not to forget the best Moji ever when we got the bill. The wines were nicely paired (and split between us) and comprised beautiful whites, very nice Sake and finished with an incredible Austrian fortified wine which I did not know exists. All in all, a bit unexpected given the location, we had an outstanding Easter Sunday lunch which we will not forget for a while. If we ever come back to Graz, this is a place we will visit to eat again.More

This restaurant is such a great place for lovers of Japanese cousine! The food is delicious, the tea fits great to each meal and the waiters are so friendly and cheerful!!! We loved our stay and recommend it to everyone as a must try!!! 💞👍

After the one and only Japanese/sushi restaurant in Graz (Yamamoto) there is now a second one which is absolutely to reccomend. And i truly hope they will stay this way in future and don´t loose quality in whatever way. Location: "outside" of Graz and a...bit to drive to get there (depending on where you live in Graz of course. Ambiente: After what i expected surprisingly nice and elegant. Service: Perfect in every way. Alert, polite, explanatory if needed ... using white gloves to change the cutlery and such!! Food: Well compared to the standards of Japanese/sushi you usually get in Graz it´s not hard to become better - still to become that much better, to raise the level here that high is something i wouldn´t have dreamed of. Sushi/Sashimi or in general fish in that quality in Graz is really fantastic to "see" or rather feed onto ;) We enjoyed every bit and bite of it - especially fascinating was that they offered fresh and true Wasabi which they would scrape freshly in a small nice bowl (not really cheap and a bit tiny the amount of Wasabi you get) but worth it. So go there, eat there and enjoy it. The more people who will go there the more chances are that this restaurant will stay that way in future... I will come again!More

We were visiting the Memori on friday evening and it was really excellent!The quality of the food, the wine accompaniment and the service was very attentive! At first the menu was a little bit hard to understand, but after questions it was clearly explained to...us. Moreover, the dishes and drinks are also very imaginative and the attention to detail can be seen! The idea of ​​using the in-house supermarket for customers and for the restaurant is great as well sustainable. Rather a bit inappropriate was the music, which was not optimally matched to the Ambiente and Japanese cuisine. All in one, a delicious restaurant with good price performance and a more than satisfied service. We definitely come again!More

Memori offered some varieties of sushi and wraps. The tobiko sushi is my favourite and the tempura prawns with avocado and cucumber maki is also good. The salmon and tuna sashimi are ok but not as good of quality as what Yamamoto offered. The miso...soup is also very expensive at €4.50. The menu is also not so easy to read. Considering the different varieties that it offered, i will visit again. This restaurant seems to be operated by Kiwano and they have a japanese chef.More
