The Food you get is very average, huge portions and expensive. You can get more for your buck in Vienna definitely. Ambient is very rustic and it feels like a tipical Austrian place. Waiters are not so friendly and they are a little bit slow and have some memory troubles. I was with a group of 7 People and almost... More

We went there for a beer after a concert. The service was very welcoming and there is a big choice of beer. If you don't like beer at all it'll get difficult in there. Otherwise it's a lovely place to chill out in the evening.

Friday night in Vienna, looking for somewhere to eat. We had passed this place earlier in the day and though we would give it a try. Staff were very accommodating although we know next to no German. Although all the tables were reserved they squeezed us in before a reservation 90 minutes later. Choice of local beers and extensive choice... More

We were ready for a break from sight seeing, and were looking for a quick bite and drink. We saw it on the corner and decided to give it a try. It was not a peak time to eat/drink on a week day, and there were only 2 other people in the restaurant. I do not agree with other comments... More

Food was appalling, service worse. The waitress was rude and made no effort to speak English even though she clearly knew some words. Overall a bad experience...steer clear!

The staff on duty when we arrived was very rude and the food on offer is very basic. The staff understood English but clearly made a point to speak in German. For example, when you struggle to order in German, they say it in English so clearly it was down to a lack of effort. The attitude of the staff... More

We decided to eat here after getting a recommendation from someone else in our tour group. It was a short walk from the Russian soldier memorial. We both ordered burgers, and they were very good. They were slightly smaller than burgers in the U.S., but they were perfectly cooked and juicy. The burgers were served with fries, that were crisp... More

Spent couple days on weekend in Vienna. After sightseeing and museums the next thing i want to try is local food ... it's always hard to find not too much commercial for tourists but not too far from tourist area. This one is good option. ... lots of Austrian and German food (recommend goulash) and good local beer to try.

I was walking past this place on a beautiful sunny day, and decided it was time for lunch. So I sat down on one of the outside tables, and ordered a chili burger and a beer. The beer cane immediately, and the burger after a short wait. Not spectacular, but a reasonable (yet a bit small) burger with chili sauce... More

Inner City
In Vienna's best-known district, pedestrian boulevards Kärntner Strasse and Graben connect you with landmarks such as the Wiener Staatsoper (Vienna State Opera), Vienna’s iconic Stephansdom (St. Stephen’s Cathedral) and the vast compound of Hofburg, the Habsburgs’ former Imperial Palace. Peek down side streets such as Annagasse and Weihburggasse, and Graben’s Seilergasse and Habsburggasse, to get a feel for the centre. The Imperial Apartments and the refreshingly demystifying Sissi Museum are must-dos at Hofburg. Spacious squares such as Am Hof and Freyung often host beautiful seasonal and antiques markets.
