For the first time I went here 15 years ago and still they are the best place in Vienna. The food is excellent and stuff very kind. I like lemon pie - it is as Eden!

I used to have just coffee and cake in Fabios during my trips to Vienna, last time we checked out food for lunch. I chose squid and my girlfriend avocado tuna tartar, it was delicious.

Very often, when we visit Vienna, we try to discover something new, but we always rely on proven places with a reputation. This time, we made a choice in favor of Fabios. And very vain, as it turned out! Very mediocre restaurant. For so many years, no positive changes. The quality of food and serve match the low-grade bistro ...... More

if you go with a large group do not plan to speak to anyone more than one seat away. The place is very noisy and the smoke from the bar scene permeates the restaurant. As an American I have quite gotten used to NO smoke but have adapted when I am in Europe. this is just a bit too close.... More

We had a 4-hour layover in Vienna, and instead of eating at the airport we followed the recommendation of a friend and hopped in a taxi to eat lunch at Fabio's. We were not dispappointed! As a fussy Italian (me), I can say that the pappardelle and gnocchi we had were absolutely delicious. The wine list was extensive and reasonable,... More

We chose to eat at Fabios on our romantic weekend getaway in Vienna due to the excellent reviews. I must say it did not disappoint. We had a lovely table and the service was impeccable. We started with the carpaccio and it was delicious. Often times carpaccio comes with parmesan cheese, which sometimes overpowers the dish. Fabios served it with... More

The atmosphere of the restaurant is very nice with long white curtains. The food is good but not very Italian. We had a perfect waiter Gokhan his service was 5 stars. The bar is full of people and has posh atmosphere. You should spend a night at FABIOS. Go for a drink at the bar first and then have dinner!

In Vienna's best-known district, pedestrian boulevards Kärntner Strasse and Graben connect you with landmarks such as the Wiener Staatsoper (Vienna State Opera), Vienna’s iconic Stephansdom (St. Stephen’s Cathedral) and the vast compound of Hofburg, the Habsburgs’ former Imperial Palace. Peek down side streets such as Annagasse and Weihburggasse, and Graben’s Seilergasse and Habsburggasse, to get a feel for the centre. The Imperial Apartments and the refreshingly demystifying Sissi Museum are must-dos at Hofburg. Spacious squares such as Am Hof and Freyung often host beautiful seasonal and antiques markets.
