One of the well-known, old-school cafes in Vienna and for good reason. I would definitely recommend a stop here. It's beautiful and everything you want in a Viennese cafe. The food was amazing and the pastries were spectacular. Wonderful, wonderful place for lunch. Super convenient...to many great sites - Volksgarten, several museums. Well worth the visit.More

A proud member in the pantheon of the historic Viennese coffeehouses, Landtman is a place everyone should visit at least once. You can taste there some really nice coffees and great desserts. Although quite touristy these days, the place retains its old-world ambience and charm.

We come for a good afternoon time and Mr. Ilis has a very friendly, graceful attitude. Even if we want to change the table due to cold weather, he’s gladly agree. Comparing to other restaurant services in Vienna, he has an excellent service attitude and...professional. Plus points for Landmann, the food are tasty too!More

Small cappuccino and a "French" croissant (I recommend that the French ambassador tries it..) for 10 euros... other than the great spot it's not worth the visit.

The café house is situated in one of the best part of the Viennese downtown area and city district. Long-lasting history and proximity with the local aristocracy highlights the background of the place. The food and drink selections are extensive and using high quality ingredients....Prices are high, but acceptable given the positioning of the service. Waiters are helpful and caring but in peak times overwhelmed and thus slower. English language is no problem. One of the best coffee and food in town.More

Great lunch options and the view of the theatre and Rathaus is very nice. The outdoor patio is covered, heated and has plenty of tables. The service was good for Austria but could use a bit of speeding up. The food was good, we had...the Caesar salad. The attraction at this cafe is the variety of fancy coffees, the Mozart Coffee was very good.More

The meal in total was good. We ordered sulfae at the end and it was terrible, so dry and tastes bad, shame the worst suflae I’ve ever eaten.
