Our hotel booked us into this restaurant when we asked to have a typical Austrian home style meal. It is a small restaurant crammed with tables and chairs in two rooms, not a bad thing as a lot of European restaurants are like this. The...More

The menu is traditional Austrian but, being springtime, the wild garlic was available and we were able to enjoy a very good Baerlauchsuppe. For our mains, we had an excellent Milchlamm with Baerlauchgnocchi and an equally excellent Zwiebelrostbraten. Dessert was another triumph - Mohnsouffle with...More

We literally stumbled into O&K in the middle of a downpour. TA had it listed as good for gluten free selections and we needed a port in the storm.. Guess what...it is good for gluten free selections and everything else. The staff is proud of...More

This restaurant is typical of a viennese local restaurant; the food is delicious (Austrian delicious asparagus cooked in various different ways, good cooked pork and the apple strudel and the raspberry strudel are simply delicious) and the service is helpful once you smile at them.

It is small one, very nice people running the place. Food is good. Simple, but tasty. Great Austrian red wine! It is not perfectly located. Fine it on google and give them a call.

I was recommended Oswald & Kalb by the concierge (Stephan) at the Ritz. Great suggestion! This is a "local" place with what seems to be local food. I went for the schnitzel (which looked amazing), but was recommended the goose as a special for the...More

Very curious place. Full of visitors, both tourists and local ones, but doesn't leave a scent of another touristic attraction. Not just old style, but really old interiors, senior waiters and owners. Good selection of wines, reasonable selection of meals (schnitzel is really good, which...More
