One of the first high-class restaurants in Oslo, and still is. Nice food presented with care. Both service personnel and chefs provide excellent service and food.

Very enjoyable evening with work colleagues. Food was impeccable as were the matched wines. My favourite on the menu was the passion fruit chocolate ball for desert with the matched desert wine.

This is probably one of the best restaurants in Norway, headed by the ultimate chef and owner, Mr Underthun, a must to visit when in Oslo !

The food at Feinschmecker was more than excellent and the service even better. The wine that was served with the food was a match made in heaven and it complimented the food quite good.

Feinschmecker lost its Michelin star last year and one might understand why. Not that the food isnt great or the staff attentive and competent. But it just seemed a bit unformal and ordinary. The restaurant is quite large to be a fine dining restaurant and that did show on the service and execution of the dishes. Definately great food and... More

As a frequent visitor over the last 20 years, I love the delicious food and outstanding service. Be prepared to pay a lot for a bottle of wine.

Years ago my S.O. had a very pleasant evening at Feinschmecker, so when we by chance had a few days in Oslo again we were excited to revisit our old favorite. Booking was very pleasant even at short notice. It is a very nice location and the interior has nice ambiance. We ordered the "EN SMAK AV FEINSCHMECKER" menu option.... More

My wife and I ate here our first night in Oslo. From the moment we walked in the door the staff was welcoming and cordial. The food overall was very good with a few dishes amazing. My wife's creamed mussel soup was outstanding. I had the Chef's Menu with wine pairing which was very nice, especially the turbot. Thank you... More

We were in Oslo for only a few days and this restaurant was recommended by the locals. Although not having a reservation we were made extremely welcome and seated immediately. We chose the Chef's Menu and were not disappointed! Each course complimented the previous and was just the right amount to be enjoyed. Matching wines are also offered but we... More

We were the first guests at the restaurant at 18.00 on saturday. They were still placing the tables. Although it felt a bit awkward being the only guests, the staff made us feel very welcomed. The restaurant was very elegantly decorated and the atmosphere was warm and relaxed. We chose the seven course menu, Taste of Feinschmecker. We have read... More

Guests receive a warm welcome, whether it be for a gourmet meal or just for a glass of wine. Feinschmecker also welcomes parties and caters for a variety of events! You and your guests can start the evening with a visit to the wine cellar, move up to the kitchen and then end with a meal in the restaurant's chambre separée.
