I should have listened to my instincts after reading some of the mixed reviews for this restaurant at their Briskeby location. The service we received was good - our waitresses were friendly and helpful. No complaints there. The menu is in 2 parts - a set prix fixe meal where you can have up to 5 courses, which consisted of... More

Ordered scallop starter and it came with one scallop? Minimal salad. Truffle fries good. Cocktails good. Nice outside seating. There are better places.

Bolgen and Moi was a highlight. The food was not only beautifully prepared and presented, but the staff, particularly Martin were delightful. A must try!

Had high expectations that were not met. Startet with tapas that was ok minus. The main was chorizo burger. Tasted a lot, but not well combined. Disappointment!

Stumbled across this place by accident. Sunday lunchtime is a buffet where you pay 345 kroner for a selection of delicious food. Lots of variety, brilliant salads and also fire oven cooked pizza. Cost also includes a wife selection of dessert and coffee too. Excellent staff too, we had a great chat with one of the waitresses. We were full... More

Packed full of people, not much space to move around, although the restaurant is spacious. We all had problems squeezing ourselves to our table and as the form of the brunch is to serve yourself from the buffet, this was a little annoying. Selection of food was ok, nice fish cakes, borring pizza, good salads, nasty chicken.

We went there two people for Sunday lunch. We had not reserved,,but it was no problem. The buffet was great; good choice and quality. Some dished missed signs explaining what it was, but most of them were well explained. Well worth a visit

We were invited, otherwise we wouldn't have discovered this place. At 1200 on a Saturday it was already busy and by 1230 it was full. Most diners were in large groups and in party mode; it felt like Friday brunch in Dubai. Most seating was on benches- not comfortable or convenient; and with little space between tables there was an... More

Restaurant is very high level, staff are very competent and friendly, and it is possible to eat some special dishes prepared by their signature chef. I suggest exterior seat if weather is ok. As I said i consider it a little overpriced, but nothing crazy.

This is yet another Oslo restaurant afraid to give you any value for your money. It is so vastly overpriced for what it is that you leave depressed, feeling ripped off, and ready to go home and make yourself an honest meal. Restaurant also caters to a lot of chi-chi riff raff, the music level is night club sound and... More

Modern bar and brasserie with an international, relaxed atmosphere. The building was originally an eletrical transformer station, and the 12-metre ceiling gives a unique atmosphere to the room. Bolgen & Moi's brasserie offers innovative food and will recommend wines from the extensive wine list. The restaurant serves everything from oven-baked pizza to 5-course menus, and a popular breakfast buffet is available Thursday-Saturday. The large bar serves a great selection of cocktails, snacks and treats from a wood-burning stove, and in summer you can enjoy your meal on the large outdoor terrace.
