We enjoyed an evening there with scrimps and lamb - the last with vindaloo flavour. We had a lovely meal and can only recommend this restaurant.

Normally I dont go for india food, but business parter really wanted.. Was quit surprised that the food was not to strong/spicy ( you can order both not spicy or very spicy). Business place, and small tables compared to other places. Service was sometimes hard to get in contact with... but all in all a good experience, and would go... More

Traditional looking indian restaurant with a square, open, tall but cozy room with traditional decor. Nice selection og tandoori and curry dishes in every flavor and strength with many vegetarian choices. We chose lamb medium and spicy dishes (medium spiced Gosht Passanda Badam/Karahi Lamb Curry and the spicier Gosht Madras-Vindaloo/Mutton Rara, the latter in a madras plus version). Rice, nan... Always satisfied after a meal at New Dehli restaurant. Warm, open atmosphere and suer friendly service One of the oldest and greatest indian spots in Oslo. This place tests my tolerance for spices, and it's amazing. Delivery times are fast, and that takes this place to the next level.

This is a busy restaurant, especially around 8 pm. The food is good but the service not so good. We were seated on the first floor (attic) and the service was rather slow. The cleanliness was not at its peak in the locale.

Don’t let the location fool you, this is not a tourist trap of a restaurant. The restaurant is warm and intimate and buzzing even on a Tuesday evening. The staff greets you right away and are all welcoming and friendly. The food is great; I ordered the Butter Chicken and Nan bread as a Take Away. It took less than... More

A range of good food for decent prices with a large and varied selection of vegetarian dishes. It's a little cramped, but good atmosphere and the staff are pleasant and polite.

A delightful multicultural experience in downtown Oslo on Christmas, when most restaurants were closed.

We enjoyed this place very much. The athmosphere and the food was very authentic. I had a chili masala curry and could choose my spice level (I can recommend 3). The naan bread was also very delicious. I was pleasently surprised of the bill as Oslo is not the cheapest town. I would go there again and try the tandori.
