Participated twice one Vinemakers dinner. Lots of interesting wines, nice gourmet food based on rustic local ingredients. Value for all the money, no doubt.

I went to Credo with a couple of colleagues i March 2017. We had an 18-course-dinner including the wine and beer-package. The presentation and the quality of the products were excellent and the wines / beers matched the courses greatly. The dishes varied from small niblets to bigger dishes. The staff was friendly, caring and introduced the dishes and the... More

I had a wonderful experience in this restaurant; very tasteful and creative dishes, highest quality of ingredients. Staff people are friendly and explaining all details about menu. It is of course quite expensive being in Norway, bit it's definitely worth a visit.

This is a modern concept restaurant: They serve either todays menu (15 - 18 dishes - see the pictures) or a small menu (about 7 - 9 dishes) with a matching wine and bear package or a non-alcoholic package of your choice. The restaurant is casual - no need to dress up unless you feel like it. But you must... More

The Staff was friendly and started off serving us a glass of tasty champagne. We ordered a 14 meal course and a wine package. Unfortunately our expectations were not met. Some of the courses did actually not taste good at all, especially the salted mackerel and the blood pudding. However, the lamb was excellent! Some of the wine did not match... More

The food is among the best you will get in Trondheim. A great fine dining experience, but without the stiff atmosphere very often associated with fine dining. The service was really relaxed, confident and attentive to details. The food was excellent, from local producers and focused on seasonal ingredients. A couple of wine pairings were slightly less successful, but the... More

Neither menu, wine pairing nor prices were presented in any manner other than «Small menu is four dishes less than full». With no written info, and poor acoustics, it was difficult for everyone to catch what the waiter presented. We did not get anything written after the meal, so we’ll eventually forget what we had. We found most dishes were... More

So we got to Trondheim at 2:30 for a one night stay and needed some real food. Very fortunately for us we stumbled upon Credo a small very fine restaurant. Let me say if you don't have a somewhat adventurous palate this will not be your place to eat. If however you enjoy fine dining with food made fresh from... More

Description
We always recommend today's 5 course menu, but we can also make an excellent 3 course menu if you prefer that. Or we can suggest even more than 5 courses. We always choose wines that goes perfect with the various courses and most of our guest prefer to follow our suggestions. We want our guest to experience a perfect meal!
