I actually should give it no stars. Be very careful if you have vouchers for afternoon tea. Last Christmas, my son gave us some Next vouchers for special outings amongst which were Afternoon Teas. In the summer we had one of these at St Georges, which we enjoyed, and decided to use the last today while the weather was still... More

There are numerous vouchers available to be used for afternoon teas, so reasonably as this voucher is not familiar the member of our team had to check the validity as some vouchers people purchase may not be accepted. Regrettably when my duty manager was dealing with this, you unfortunately were upset vocally and by volume to the point a simple... More

Breakfast was exceptionally good with a top selection of everything one would expect. Dinner in the evening was very well presented.

We made a last minute decision whist visiting family in the area to have afternoon tea as a treat for my upcoming birthday. We were advised to come a little later so they could accommodate us, which was no problem at all. We were seated quickly after our arrival with a sea view and I was brought a pot of... More

Lovely looking hotel. We asked for a sea view on the Terrace and we got it. The service was excellent The food was delivered fast and was very tasty. We had the Welsh cheese pate which was unusual but very good. For our mains we had the Mushroom filo parcel and the Pork dish. For Dessert was the Lemon Roulade... More

Just been to the St George for afternoon tea after waiting for 40 mins I would have thought they would have freshly prepared the sandwiches but when they arrived they were so stale...they must have surely been from a buffet days before, the contents were very suspect and the ham was 80 % fat and 20% meat. They were inedable.... More

Popped in for lunch. Staff lovely. Food awful Total rip off for what we had. Cheese sandwich, should have gone to M & S instead. Chips, bowl of mush. Should have went to chip shop around the corner. Wife had a sandwich also. Total bill nearly £30. Rip off and worse food ever.

Ignored on arrival and left to wander around to find a member of staff. We stumbled upon an unfriendly waitress who advised us to sit down for table service. Ignored for an unreasonable amount of time with no menus on table, we asked an equally unfriendly staff member for a menu. When the menu's finally arrived, they were slumped on... More

We were quite a big group at 8 of us and at first we didn't think that we would be able to stick together as most of the tables were for couples, groups of four or a max of 6. However staff were very accommodating and allowed us to use what looked like a meeting type room just a door... More

We had a table at the terrace restaurant for three nights in July. It is a cocoon of comfort . Friendly staff, excellent food and wines, many by the glass if wanted, and incomparable views. There is a young staff mainly but an old world courtesy. We will return.

We called in, as we do whenever in Llandudno, to enjoy a pot of tea and a cake. The staff are so polite, friendly and efficient. The whole place is so well furnished and spotless. A truly relaxing place to take tea.
