Came here for breakfast - food is pretty much the same as any other Wetherspoons - good quality and good value. The building has been sympathetically converted from an old theatre, retaining many of the original features. Only downside is that due to the origins of the building, there's not a lot of natural light.

We visited this Wetherspoons for their Tuesday night steak night. We found a table in the front window of this large pub. Although the pub was busy the food was served promptly and was well cooked.

This place is great, very big so plenty of tables. Food was good and service was brilliant, loads of choice, as always with wetherspoons. Can't fault this place at all. Would use again if in the area.

Regular & frequent visitors to Wetherspoons whenever we're out & about. The food here was not the best we've had, with tough meat in the mixed grill. Service was quick even though the place was very busy. Excellent setting.

Wow what a great venue as this building was once a theatre. Friendly staff and great service, happy to visit again.

Such a fantastic building obviously an old theatre which in some respects is quite sad but nice to see it still has the seats in place of the two upper teirs although not in use. Food is good no better or worse than other wetherspoons Staff very friendly and polite.

Amazing food, great conversion, loved the seats that were in the old theatre are still there. It is wheelchair accessible via a lift on the main floor. Brilliant food as usual with wetherspoons.

Why have breakfast in a pub? Because it is extremely good value for money. There is a full choice of breakfast options which includes options for children, Pancakes etc. Cheapest in town for the portion sizes. A little busy but bar order system is quick & easy, breakfast is bought to your table .

Thank Debbie M
