Great service, great food. Reasonably priced. We used to visit for the steak on the stone of an evening which was great, best baked potatoes ever and quality beef. Last visit, we had tea and cakes which was excellent. We will be back.

Delicious food, amazing experience, dog friendly. 😊

We can’t recommend this place enough. It was absolutely amazing experience. Customer service was brilliant, ladies were so cheerful and helpful. It’s dog friendly which was a must for us and our “fur baby”. And then food.. Delicious! I swapped sandwich for panini on afternoon...tea and it was great decision, fresh scones still warm and cakes were so tasty. It was our first visit but definitely we found a fantastic hidden Gem in Llandudno 💜 We will visit again soon 🤩 PS. Bathroom/ toilet set up is something we’ve not seen anywhere else 😉More

Amazing find

We had a great visit…..the staff were friendly, the food was delicious & the lemon cake was the best I’ve ever had! Staff were very friendly & the attention to detail was. Service was quick, efficient and the staff definitely look after their customers! The...inside was so sweet & quirky……a lot of love has gone into the place. I will definitely be returning. Quirky and friendly

Went for lunch on the first day of our recent mini break, and was so friendly that we went back the next day. Food was tasty and good portions and we really enjoyed the scones. Staff were really friendly and chatty and we enjoyed the...decoration and lovely tea cups.More

Catching up with the Family

Had a lovely lunch and afternoon tea with the family, nicely decorated and clean, the staff were amazing. Definitely recommend here. It set us up before going on the tram, and big wheel on the promenade.

AFTERNOON TEA.

First visit

My first visit to Characters Tearooms- with my friend. I pass on a daily basis - but on this occasion my friend and I went in for lunch. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere was lovely Some people had booked We were...able to be seated without booking. Look forward to my next lunch there.More

Afternoon tea far too expensive I thought the price was for 2 people

I won’t be making a visit there sorry there are many nice places to visit for afternoon tea but these are London prices

Cheerful but not that clean

Hostess owner was very friendly, food was OK but nothing special. Although the mismatch of every piece of China is quirky, some pieces had seen better days. The basin in the lavatory was dirty and it looked as though it hadn’t been attended to for...several days, which made me concerned about the overall cleanliness. As my husband commented, “ there are far better cafes elsewhere in the town”More

Lovely tea room

This is a lovely place for a light meal, full of character with pleasant helpful staff. Very quick service as well. As we were staying across the road we would have liked it to be open every day! Pay a visit between wednesday and Friday...and you won't be disappointed.More
