Come here two or three times a year. Good value, well cooked (as you like it), and as good as you can get in my opinion.

Me and my family visit regularly on our way from Leeds to Sheffield. The best chip shop for miles (much better than the Wetherby Whaler).

We mostly use as a takeaway as they are THE best fish and chips for miles around. If you want to eat in they also have a lovely relaxing restaurant next door with fantastic staff on hand, the choice is yours!

Had a chippy tea on Sunday, it's a little drive for us around 10 mins away, there are closer fish and chip shops but it's always consistent here, you can tell by the queues, I've never been and theres not been a queue having said that they keep the line moving quickly, chips always crispy, my boyfriend says the fish... Nice little restaurant, friendly staff, easy on the pocket, nice fish and chips, and better than most in the local area. The car park is a little small and can be tricky to park but other than that I couldn't have a bad word to say.

Comfortable surroundings. Modern decor. The delicious fish and chips never fail. Very pleasant friendly helpful staff. The place we head for when my son visits from California.

Due to the health aspects of eating fish & chips we now only go for the best. This restaurant is the best in the area by far , as a pensioner you can have fish , chips , bread & butter , pudding & a pot of tea , we exchange the pudding for mushy peas at no extra cost... More
