Located in the Trinity Walk shopping complex, The Chinese Buffet is a good concept offering not only Chinese food but also sushi and Tepenyaki too. Service at the restaurant is okay. We were quickly shown to our table and order for drinks taken. Usual mainstream...More

Visited today with my lovely friend and we were not very impressed. The best bits for me were the chicken nuggets and given that it's a Chinese I think that says a lot! It's more expensive on a Friday but everything is exactly the same....More

Not much choice missing iconic Chinese dishes chow mein, salt n pepper chicken etc. The plates was really small compared to most places. Drinks overpriced. Not bad. Not best.

Visited this buffet restaurant last night and can honestly say it will be my last. Chafing dishes needed replenishing and the general variety of food was underwhelming. Prawns still contained the vein and were over cooked. Meat dishes were also over cooked and therefore dry...More

This place is a disappointment. The buffet is very limited choice and nothing for vegetarians. The food was cold and bland. The buffet was a strange mix of Chinese, random Indian snacks and cheap pizza and stale garlic bread. Would not recommend going. Not worth...More

The Chinese Buffet is a dynamic and exciting, modern Chinese restaurant.
Launched initially as a single restaurant in Bolton the concept has grown in size and stature into an emerging brand with nationwide aspirations.
Peter Wu, Paolo Hu and David Hu created The Chinese Buffet with the clear aim of providing a new style of buffet restaurant, high quality food at low cost to customers.

They created an eclectic blend of Chinese food using only the finest and freshest ingredients, prepared and presented to the highest of standards.

THE Chinese Buffet believes all their customers should receive the care, attention and quality they would expect from the finest of a la carte restaurant.

THE Chinese Buffet has exciting and ambitious expansion plans with more than 18 new restaurants planned to open across the North West within the next five years with a national franchise in place by 2016.
