Friendly and efficient staff; it was rather busy when we were in but drinks were served quickly and politely. Tables and toilets were clean (especially for a busy pub) and a good variety of drinks were on offer. Good atmosphere overall. Disabled access available.

Things they did well for our Sunday Carvery: Decent meat and Yorkshire. (Ordered in separately?) Bad points: Just about everything they could control. Not sure if I can remember it all. From sign outside thankfully wrongly saying Carvery available Monday to Saturday. Beer tasting a bit off and anaemic. A queue for the Carvery wasn't huge but got several times... More

We went to the see side here and decided to have something to eat. Walked around the town and this place looked nice. And that's all I can say about this place. The queue for carvery was long like hell. We waited at least 15 min to be served! It was lunch time and only ONE person serving! Food was... More

Visited here on a saturday night hoping for a nice meal. Went upstairs for some food. Grabbed a table which still had peas/crumbs on from the people before. No menu on the table so had to hunt one of them down. Went to assess the carvery but i would not feed that to my dog, was dry and looked about... More

Headed to Skegness on a cold and wet Sunday morning after a night away at a nearby location and walked into the first place we saw that served breakfast. Chairs and tables have seen better days but we were served quickly and soon tucking into breakfast. 2 breakfasts, toast and 2 teas for £10 and it was great! Just what... More

Came on here to write a review and some recommendations for the restaurant and judging by the rest of the reviews i'm not the only one! Must be honest I wouldn't recommend, outside is deceiving as it looks like a lovely place, unfortunately the food wasn't great and the staff were so unaccommodating with our orders that two members of... Called in for a meal here today but luckily read the reviews first so decided to just have a drink. Two pints of birra moretti and a coke for the son. The beer tasted and smelt awful and when we told the lad behind the bar who'd been stood chewing his fingernails for ten minutes....he just laughed and said it... More

Went for breakfast. Limited veggie options and wouldn't replace items on the cooked breakfast to accommodate. Wanted me to order from the extras at 99p each and take the meat off. Needless to say, I didn't eat there.

Called here today with my daughter, her fiancé and my 6 year old grandson. Only 1 person behind bar at lunch so I patiently waited my turn. My daughter came to see why I had been so long. My reply was because only 1 person working this massive bar, I was not rude and did not say it loud. However... More
