I was surprised at the poor reviews posted by members whose kids weren't allowed into The Swan. I've nothing against kids but this small, friendly pub is our favourite in Sidmouth and lets hope it keeps its child-free policy. We visit as often as we...More

We stayed at a local hotel which only did a five course meal and thank goodness we booked a table at the nearby Swan Inn as we got the last one. There was a lovely friendly warm atmosphere. I had the sirloin steak, which is...More

Excellent food and excellent staff. Highly recommend this pub. Really good atmosphere. Come to Sidmouth regularly with parents and this is a firm favourite. Remember to book as they do get busy (understandably so).
