This is one of my favourite places to eat and spend time with friends. The staff are so welcoming and make us feel right at home. The food is amazing, there is a good range and the green curry is my favourite! Definitely worth a visit if you have not been - you will end up going time and time... More

Was enticed by the smells and popularity but felt let down by the size of the portions for lunch and just expected more for the price. The starters were very nice but the curry felt bulked out by bean sprouts, bamboo etc. Pad Thai was also unusual and seemed to be more like a sweet and sour stir fry which... More

We have visited The Siam House on many occasions for many years. We love the Family feel of Resturant. The food is fresh , quick and beautifully served. The Resturant is not "fancy" but is very clean and like visiting your Friends as the Staff always remember you and make you very comfortable. Definitely recommend this place to everyone.

Absolutely lovely. The most attentive & friendly staff, you even get a smile & wave from the chefs on the way out. The food is wonderful to say the least, we had the banquet & added weeping tiger as an extra, if you like chillies & beef its a must try dish! Fantastic value for money.

Although Siam House is a small venue downstairs they do have a larger room upstairs. However for a group of 6 ladies - downstairs was fine. As we had already started to enjoy ourselves with some cheeky cocktails elsewhere we decided to order the set meal for 6. It seemed a little pricey at £128 but boy was it worth... More

My partner and I have been here quite a few times now and each time has been wonderful. The service is polite, welcoming and the food is always delicious! Not to mention, remarkably priced. We wouldn't go anywhere else for a lovely Thai meal.

This cozy little restaurant has some great Thai dishes and the food tastes fresh. The staff are always very lovely and helpful. They deliver in the evenings as well. They are very accommodating to children but I would recommend it more for a meal with a friend or a date as the restaurant doesn't have much space, but if you... More

Thai cooks have never been in the habit of recording measurements of ingredients or time of cooking. They cook by experience and
" feel" and the art of ancient recipes handed down in families, by practice.

The Thai make much use in their food with such condiments, seasonings, sauces and flavourings such as fish sauce ( nam pla), including cardamom, coriander, anise, and other seeds, cloves, nutmeg, ginger and cinnamon.

Lunch is a light meal of noodles or fried rice. The main meal, one of rice with two or three dishes, is eaten in the evening. The dishes are not courses and are served all at the same time with plain steamed rice. You are meant to take a mouthful of this and a mouthful of that, some rice in between, in whatever order you like, enjoying the different tastes and textures of each mouthful.
