No food but open as a pub. New manager with a great sense of humour and Scottish. What more can one want. Good range of beers.

Another high street pub/resturant gone to the wall, was very popular for midweek meals and a lively weekend scene, the Sunday lunches were lovely and really good value
SO sad that a pub closed in town. They did karakoke nights, had pool, darts, good ales, we had a new years eve party there as well. Im so sad that it closed.
Popped in here for a few drinks with family, Menu was excellent and really enjoyed the light bites. Staff were really good and friendly and there is a nice courtyard at the rear. Definatley come here again

Called in one thurs lunch time with friends, had a decent size portion of the dish of the day, being Ham eggs and chips. Very nice, just good ordinary pub grub. Value for money. Nice atmosphere.
We had beef and chicken Sunday roasts here which was very good value. Generous portions, 5 different veg including really fab cauliflower cheese. Lots of roast lunches being served so obviously popular. Will definitely be back.
