We stopped here for lunch, two coffees, one hot and one cold. We both had burgers with fries. We are both now unwell and that is the only food I ate today so we know for sure where we got the food poisoning from. Won’t...be stopping g here again and will now report to Environmental Health.More

Brief stop for refreshments, Egg mayo sandwich £4, no mayo ,half empty sandwich . Tasteless rubbish , coffee Luke warm . No cream for the hot chocolate . They are just in it to make as much cash as possible and not interested in customer...service or satisfaction. . Typical Costa coffee only interested in profits.More

Visited here because it was a good location to stretch my legs after bad road conditions on the A69. Lovely setting behind the service station itself. Packed with lots of people and their children. The site was littered with rubbish on the edges of the...Car Park. Mcdonald's was busy with no social distancing in operation. The Toilets were absolutely disgusting. Toilets not flushed. Filth on the floors. A disgrace in these current Covid times. Management needs to note that this was the filthiest motorway station I have witnessed in decades. Whats can the hygiene be like elsewhere. I picked up a tea and a toasted sandwich and left in amazement and thought how bad was that experience! No obvious Covid precautions. No social distancing and Cleanliness the worst I have seen in decades . Toilet areas need a thorough deep clean and steamed to get clean. Better lighting would helpMore

Stopped at the Costa on our way to the Highlands and everything was as a Costa usually is. Good social distancing protocols although a little confusing to begin with. Staff very friendly and drinks/cakes good as always

Be careful when you Park there I got a fine of €169 without a first ticket. I think it's a money maker. I would never Park in a place where Euro parking collection is involved anymore

Cannot accept take away cups for eat in at dirty tables. Spilt coffee all down the edge of our table. Not acceptable to serve takeaway for eat in though products satisfactory. Can’t the dishwasher be trusted to clean the crockery etc? Just leads to unnecessary...recycling, use of plastics though cutlery and serviettes were not offered. No evidence of table cleaning while we were there and group of 8 served. Track and trace was working.More

Waited ages for a single coffee - unfortunately didn’t try it until back on the road to find a lukewarm black coffee instead of a latte. Avoid!

Called here with my husband for coffee and tea cakes on a weekend away. We received the best service I have ever received on a costa from a lady who I think was called victoria. She was professional, polite and efficient and is an example...to all costa staff. Very nice costa also with view of lake if you sit at the rear.More

Nice services but the manager/site director needs to get some people skills. Arrogant towards staff. Would not return
