I ate lunch here with several friends with recommendations from others that the food was great. We waited ages to be told where our booked table was, we waited again once more for our drinks order to be taken. Our drinks order was wrong 3 times. We received our meals at different times and they even tried giving us somebody... More

Had a delicious meal with friends in a cosy and buzzing environment. Serve was very good we were waited on hand and foot. A very confusing menu design, but waitress explained it well. Fresh food, beautiful prepared into tasty yummy meals. Fish was particularly good and very fresh. We will be back soon!

It's 8:30pm on the evening of our anniversary and I'm at home writing a review of the restaurant we booked for a romantic evening at 7pm. I think that tells you what sort of evening we had. We used to love this place and had our wedding on the Somerleyton Estate, that this is part of, but we've been away... More

We stayed over for a night with out friends and dogs. The accommodation was lovely. Really comfortable rooms in a lovely historic setting. The food was excellent as well and the staff couldn't do enough to help us. Also the added bonus of being able to have our dog stay as well was brilliant. After our amazing breakfast we had... More

Visited for lunch on a Monday. Pub/restaurant very quiet! We were sat quite quickly and given menus with drink order taken. My partner ordered the Welsh Black Burger and I ordered the Roast Loin of Pork. After about 5 minutes the waitress came back to advise the roasts shouldn't have been on the menu. I then decided on the starter... More

Thanks to all for a warm welcome on cold and wet Tuesday lunch in January. Beautiful approach down quiet country lane, past a delightful thatched church. Sets the tone for the lovely surroundings at Fritton Arms. The pub has a variety of comfortable lounges, with period atmosphere and a lovely open fire in the bar. The restaurant overlooks the lovely... More
