Excellent experience. Price/quality ratio superb. Swift service, cosy atmosphere. Very broad selection of whiskeys, gins and beers. Highlight in an otherwise rather quiet village. Vegatarian dishes available.

We ate here three times last week with a group of 12 friends. Tasty, well presented and a good variety of food served by a very hard working but friendly young lady. The prices are exceptional for the quality on offer, which probably explains why...it was full every night! Don't be put off by the limited take-away menu on the door. Go inside to view the full, sit down selection.More

We were in Grantown for a full week as part of a group. In total, we had 3- evening meals here and every time one was excellent. Good value and choice. Drinks menu was excellent - a good choice of Scottish beers and ciders.

We enjoyed our evening meal at the wee puffin. Good choice of menu which happily included nice gluten free options. Sponge pudding was delicious.

Visited here as a family group of 14 and we all enjoyed a lovely meal with good attentive service. The restaurant is small so booking is advised but would definitely recommend.

Popped in for dinner with my family, lovely little place. I was a bit concerned it was a bit to small to respect proper covid rules, However it was coy not very busy and the macaroni was to die for.

Myself, wife and 9 year old son visited The Wee Puffin in August this year which was absolutely fantastic. Fast forward a couple of months and we're back up in Grantown-on-Spey and there was no debate about where we were eating on our first night....Once again the food was sensational. My son, like his Dad, is an avid lover of fish and devoured an adults fish and chips on our first visit and done the same again this time round. I plumped for the fish as well which I can only describe as one of the best pieces of fish I've ever had....and that's not an exaggeration. My wife, who has several dietary intolerances, was well catered for with a whack of options that were either vegan or dairy free etc. One things for sure, we will be back.More

Yes, Dogs are allowed. They must be good and lie under the Table then it isn´t a problem.
