Large range of teas and coffees and food menu as well. Cakes, sandwiches made to order to take away, cold cabinet with made up dishes. Lovely shop.

Bought a family lunch from the bakery today, excellent children's "meal Deal" which they both really enjoyed and great vegetarian choices beyond the usual run of the mill. 'Dragon pie' was excellent. Bought loaves of bread also, which were lovely.

Fantastic Sunday lunch with the family visiting from Devon. The afternoon tea selection looked great too. The roast beef and gammon were delicious and so was the sticky toffee pudding. Bought some of the heavenly vanilla slices to take home.

We came here for breakfast on recommendation. Very neat interior, friendly and well functioning service but slightly impersonal. We had the breakfast platter; which means a rechaud is put on your table and one can help yourself - seems like a good idea, portions can...More

Visited 'The Hazelmere' today for lunch and must say that it was perfect! The fishcake starter with a chilli sauce was beautiful as was the potato cakes with smoked salmon. The fish and chips were served with mushy peas and bread and butter and were...More

Description
The Hazelmere in Grange over Sands has been owned by The Stubley family for 38 years. Dorothy, the proprietor has set the standards very high and only serves the best quality, locally sourced foods where possible. We have a beautiful Tea House where our meals are served and in the summer months we have the option of eating out on our front of house terrace. We also have a deli bakery on site where you can select delicious take away lunches for you to enjoy in the ornamental gardens across the road or you can eat in our take away courtyard. In the evenings from March up until November the Hazelmere turns into a very high class restaurant, booking is recommended as we do get very busy, exceptional meals produced by our very talented and experienced chefs.
Everything is made in house and our bakers make all the produce through the night so its as fresh as can possibly be when it goes on our counter. We continue to strive to bring to our customers the best products around and take great satisfaction from this. Our excellent teams of waiting on staff and shop and back of house staff ensure the smooth running of such a large business. We look forward to welcoming you to the Hazelmere !
