For the place that it is and having a menu that is advertising quality food with a difference my husband and I were extremely disappointed. Although the staff and level of service excellent the food was awful.

Very nice and cosy place. Haven't tried food, but cocktails are just to die for. Great staff and friendly atmosphere.

Lovely restaurant in the heart of Christchurch. Nice décor, excellent food (both choice & quality) & very friendly attentive waiting staff. Good 2 or 3 course offer on Sundays.

My family and I had an excellent Sunday roast to celebrate my birthday. The staff were very attentive and when they realised it was my birthday and that I don't eat chocolate gave me a complimentary glass of bubbly in place of a chocolate cake they usually give birthday people. The only criticism would be that they don't have a... More

Two courses with wine for £15 great value for great food. We chose main and desert. Shin of beef with chilli pumpkin mash and duck leg with vegetables was perfect, beautifully cooked, well presented and delicious. Deserts of chocolate brownie which was ok but the pear and sorbet was perfection. Service was very good, just turn up the smiles a... More

We needed a venue in the Christchurch area to host a significant birthday for our local family, and there seemed to be no contest, as we'd heard great things of this restaurant. As we were eating here, we decided to stay here too, but that's another (good) story. Organising the meal for 18 was easy as pie, and as the... More

This restaurant is just fantastic. I'm a bit biased as I had my wedding reception here last year (2015) but honestly the food is mouthwatering! I've dined here a few times since the wedding and every time it's just spot on in terms of quality of produce and the staff being attentive and very accommodating. It's a wonderful venue. The... Four of us booked lunch and took advantage of the dine 3 courses for £19. This included a small glass of wine and is very good value. There is a good choice of starters and main meals and it is a job to decide which to have. However, we were all very pleased with the service, food and presentation. We... More
