Evening food no longer available even though still advertised on website. Trouble in kitchen? Breakfast is also far from expected standard.

Went in for a bite of dinner and were met by the most welcoming members of staff who took care of everything as if we were long lost family. Amusing and cheerful and very attentive. Loved the experience.

Watched Football match (Scotland vs Germany, not a good result). Interesting to hear the local comments and enjoy some fine brews and malts
