We had a lovely meal (Lamb) in a welcoming traditional Cumbria Pub. The food was excellent and the staff very friendly. We were lucky to get a table because it was very popular. Recommend.

Had lunch here and had their burger with my wife having a lamb stew, and our boys having beans on toast which we all enjoyed. Food was top quality. The place is slightly claustrophobic and dated but it doesn't detract from the food and service

Went for late lunch on lovely sunny Sunday. Sunday roast was excellent (Yorkshire pud was enormous), so were the desserts. Great views, we ate outside in the sunshine. Great kids menu too. Highly recommend
