Had an excellent experience, very nice food cooked to order, highly recommend. Car park at rear, a little tight to get in the entrance, so be careful! Its worth a visit if you like nice food, and host.

We had SUCH a good last-night-of-the-hols meal here, for 7 of us inc 1 vegetarian. Mine host had a good sense of humour and is a key part of the convivial atmosphere. There was a huge choice of dishes for each course, and these weren't...More

Splendid. Not a word to be used very often and generally when it comes to food, usually misconstrued. In this incidence however, I am talking about a birthday lunch I enjoyed with the Memsahib that was not only memorable but also splendid. Finding The New...More

I have visited the New Inn twice with my mother this week. As well as the delightfully traditional interior and the welcoming and accommodating hosts, the food is magnificent. Devilled kidneys and rabbit in my first visit and pan fried garlic king prawns and smoked...More

Small friendly pub, with good food and service. The landlord/owner was happy to accommodate us and our children's good needs. We had a nice meal and very good puddings.

Visited a while back, with a group of friends, 8 of us altogether. The place is fairly small but has a nice ambience. The food was pleasant and we were all very full.

Fantastic place. Family run and super friendly. Food was lovely and portion sizes were perfect. Desserts looked huge and delicious but I was so full I couldn't manage it! Definitely go.

Small traditional country Pub. Clean and convivial. The food menu looked great and tasted even better! Wow, a must try! Well worth a trip. I am not sure how they can offer such good food for the money. The landlady can really cook! Fabulous!
