Just a quick stop for Tea and cake. We sat out side and the table had been clean/sanitized. When we sat down the table marker was turned over so that it had to be cleaned for the next party, so this made us feel safe....The staff were very friendly took our order and we completed the Track and Trace form. Such jolly, friendly staff!More

We had a warm welcome and found seats outside as we were travelling with our dog. The menu was great, something for everyone to suit all ages. We really enjoyed the breakfast rolls whilst our daughter had a scone and jam. From what we saw...the other options on the menu looked great. Lovely drinks, clean eating area, covid restrictions are adhered to Etc . Not faults founds and we’d happily return.More

We picked this cafe due to its TA reviews, but we were disappointed. We sat outside, then a group arrived at the next table and started smoking (something that seems commoner in Scotland than in England) so we moved inside. The cake was fresh, but...far too sweet (another trend that we noticed in Scotland) and the cappuccino was extremely bland. A pity. We have had better and better value elsewhere on our trip.More

Family lunch visit on a busy Thursday lunch time. Hadn’t booked a table but staff managed to squeeze us in. Food was delicious, easily the best toasted sandwich I’ve ever eaten, was outstanding. Staff were very accommodating to our daughter and even decanted her soup...into 2 bowls to cool quicker. Takeaway coffee, as we were in a little bit of a rush, was also lovely. Will definitely be back when next in the area.More

What can we say. The "sandwich" (meat & four cheeses) we ordered for lunch turned out to be enough for the rest of the day. It was a "heart-attack" on a plate. Totally delicious. The previous day we'd popped in for coffee and cake which...also did not disappoint. Good variety of sweet stuff to indulge oneself. Loved the place.More

I’m new to Blairgowrie and I’ve only been here twice but both occasions have been great! The staff are all super friendly and generous, the food is so tasty and the coffee was one of the best latte’s I’ve had! Would highly recommend the Cateran...Cafe to anyone!More

We live locally and have visited multiple times over the past 3/4 years. While the food is good, the attitude of the manageress June towards young families is absolutely shocking! You get the impression that you are just a hindrance and it is really off-putting....My wife also phoned up a couple of months ago to enquire if there were any spare tables for coffee and all she got was a flat 'No' in reply. In our opinion, doesn't deserve the business. If you want superb food, and super friendly and efficient service you should visit The Wee Coffee Shop just a bit further down the road. Always so friendly and appreciative of your custom.More

Stopped for lunch today and we were really glad we did. Food was superb and the service equally good. We had a sausage roll that was to die for, served with a great green salad and a delicious potato salad. Definitely recommend.
