This is a small place. Only a few tables, nothing posh about the decor, but really worth a visit for very good food and great personal service. Tip: the table for two by the entrance is not the best spot due to proximity of the entrance, especially in winter time.

We ate hear twice this week while in holiday and it is great. The food is excellent and well priced and the owner even gave our son toys to play with which was fantastic. A great restaurant, especially for vegetarians.

Went here the day after I moved to Stirling with my sister and nephew. The menu is simple but the quality of food was excellent - the staff and service was equally welcoming and friendly. I recommended it to some other guests (I runs guest house) and they also thoroughly enjoyed it.

An interesting mix of Greek and broadly Mediteranean meals. Small restaurant at street level more tables downstairs. Good portions, humous was great and we asked for spanakopita for our main vegetarian course but these proved too much so no dessert. Because it is small, tables are close so other's noise and voices are a bit intrusive. A vegetarian oasis in... More

Has dinner with 4 friends. Food tremendous- grilled lamb chops perfectly cooked, delicious mousaka, smoky baba ganoush. Everything delicious- can honestly say best Greek food ever eaten. Consistently excellent. Wonderful staff too. Should be packed every night but slightly off beaten track.

Second time here and just as good as the first time. We learnt from last time that the portions were big so this time we had the meze and a main for 2 people to share. We allowed more time as this place is typically Greek and relaxed and they don't rush you. Food was excellent with genuine friendly service.... More

Our B and B hosts recommended Mediterranea Restaurant when we arrived in the late evening. After a block and a half walk past a half dozen other places we found the restaurant unobtrusively sited among some row house tenants. Kirsty warmly welcomed us and led us to a corner table in a cozy front room among some convivial locals caught... More

Found this place on trip advisor, with good reviews and it as no disappointment. The food was lovely and plenty of it, (washed down with a very nice bottle of red Greek wine, friendly and attentive staff, very pleasant environment, thoroughly recommended.

Excellent food at reasonable prices, with very pleasant and attentive staff. Even better when you can use a Tastecard. Most enjoyable.
