A beautifully​ updated pub restaurant the wood panelling upstairs and the wooden floor is cosy olde world and downstairs is like a modern wine bar. Morecambe bay shrimps on the menu delicious. The fish and chips are great too

So glad we stopped at this place today. Really fancied fish and chips and they had a mini version on their light bites menu. Just perfect! We didn't realise there was a upstairs with more sea views until we were about to leave. Very good...More

Very friendly and lively pub with a great range of cask ales and Guinness Menu looked good with a fair variety of food types Prices were reasonable but the place could do with a few more seats

I had the porn star martini, my husband had tequila sunrise, both lovely, paid 11 quid for 2 so reasonably priced, good atmosphere and handy for Greek restaurant across the road ( The Brasserie )

Had a lovely pizza here whilst staying nearby on business. Good beer to go with it and a reasonable range of side dishes. Good service.

Yes there is parking very close by, but not directly out side the front door. There are parking spaces just past the Palatine on Queen Street and also on the seafront, hope this info is usefull... More
