We have eaten here several times now and the food is always superb. We never get past the antipasti as this often involves 6 or 7 small dishes which are shared, all for €10 each. The staff speak English (a bit of a rarity in this part of Puglia) and are very friendly and helpful. Ask for vegan or vegetarian... More

This is a lovely spot. The antipasti were amazing, and the pasta dishes very, very good! The local gelato of almond and fig was a great way to end the meal.

Nice dining room although we sat outside. The antipasti was varied and plentiful, eight dishes, all explained to us (in English) and great value at €10 per head. By the time we got to the main course, we were pretty near full so we had 1 main item from the menu and 1 from the specials. They brought two extra... More

The restaurant is beautifully decorated, and we tasted the best antipasti of our entire stay!! Staff was friendly and helpful, and their advice on wine was perfect. Primo + secundi piatte were too much / too well served. We will definitely return there !!

We had a lovely meal here during our holiday in Puglia. The antipasti was wonderful - 8 different dishes with a very modern feel. 3 of us followed with pasta which was very good and my husband had steak. His was fine but unfortunately overcooked for our taste. Overall I would thoroughly recommend this restaurant.

The food in Osteria Tranquilla is perfecto!! We had a selection of antipasti to share and for the main course I had the tagliata which was absolutely to die for. Incredibly friendly staff in an atmospheric setting. Simply wonderful. Would return again and again.

Excellent food and hospitality. Out of season so not busy, but my husband and I had a lovely meal. I read the reviews and the bad ones seem to be from people who had some sort of coupon. This osteria is well decorated and furnished. The owner is extremely knowledgeable regarding his menu. The menu is small, but that's because... More

Some of the best food we have eaten in Puglia. Great and original anti-pasti. Probably more expensive by puglian standards but certainly worth it.

We enjoyed our first dinner at this restaurant so much that we went back for a second time. The first visit was on a Monday night out of season when a lot of the local restaurants are closed. The antipasti are creative and imaginative, and are very different from the traditional antipasti found in Puglia. A creative and dedicated chef... More
