We dined on a Thursday night and can say that the service and food was fantastic. The 12-hour, 3 way pork was really lovely as was the sticky toffee pudding! We will definitely be coming back again soon!

Eight of us enjoyed a birthday meal today.the staff were lovely, polite and attentative. Most of us had the roast beef which was excellent and cooked to our liking. The desserts were really unusual and delicious. I will definitely eat there again.

Tucked away in the Cambridgeshire fens, The Merry Monk started life as three cottages in the 17th Century and from there became The Red Lion Public House until 1992 when it was renamed The Merry Monk. Roaring log fires for cosiness during the winter months and a garden rounding off a gorgeous country restaurant offer perfection for enjoyment throughout the year. Our focus at the Merry Monk is a casual and inviting atmosphere.
