The food is tasty, the pub is welcoming. Perfect for a family get together, couples and children. Easy to find.

One of my clients suggested a meeting in the Swan as an alternative to the motorway services and we were able to discuss business quite happily in one of the booths behind the bar. Parking became an issue as the nearby primary school closed but we were in and out either side of that 'peak'. Good points: + Easy to... More

Great food, attentive service, reasonably priced, will definitely go back. Sharing fish platter was delicious, anchovies amazing, prawns could have had a little more garlic to my taste but still an excellent starter for two. I had the monkfish, best I have tasted in awhile, my husband had the confit belly pork also very good. We both love sauces so... More

I chose this starter, as I am not a fan of goat's cheese and that featured in the alternative choice. As a vegetarian I had no choice of main... More

Was taken here for my birthday, a bit crowded but there were a lot of people gathering for Christmas meals so that must say a lot about the place. Had a good time, food very nice but menu a bit limited.
