We have spent 3 weeks in Montemarcello with 15 family members arriving at different times. We have eaten here 4 times with parties ranging from 6-10 people, we sit outside which is quite magical as the night draws in and the lights show the beautiful charm of Montemarcello. The restaurant is family run with the daughter Egle and her boyfriend... More

We stumbled upon this restaurant in the small and charming Montemarcello. We where lucky to get a table, it sure was a popular place. We had fish, bacalao and chicken and som really good homemade chocolate cake and fig cake - and of course very good wine as well! We are looking forward to come back to Dai Pironcelli soon!

Having been fortunate to spend over a week in the delightful village of Montemarcello we ate at this fabulous little restaurant 5 times! Every meal was superb, a small atmospheric place run by the most delightful family, everything from the handwritten menus to the subtle candlelit dining room all add to the experience. The pasta dishes are delicate and delicious,... More

After administrative difficulties due to uncertainties of rent lease the new illuminated owner allowed this beautiful Pironcelli family to reunion and start again their classy hospitality. All I have written before is true again and hopefully stable without closing again. We like as main course first and then the mixed antipasto as second course all accompanied by their gentle choice... More

We very much enjoyed our meal here. Food was very good. I had the ravioli to start, which I enjoyed but found it too oily for my taste. Their bread, from a bakery in Amelia, is some of the best I've had in Italy. Then I had the roast beef. Really excellent. Chocolate cake was also very good. Wines were... More

Most romantic location, simple and good food. Lovely setting & staff. It's what you want: few good and local things on the menu - nothing extravagant, high quality.

Great food and what a charming place. Typical and very good Ligurian food, fresh and delicious. Make sure to reserve, as it gets busy for dinner. And ask for a tomato for starter, it's not on the menu, but it's worth. Just a tomato.

You may have not noticed but Pironcelli restaurant in Montemarcello top of the hill medieval village did close down during winter and it was risking not too pen again but it did it idid. Has reopened and the place is always magic and special with the same dry lady chef but with s younger crew hosting the guest. Very pleasant... More

Sit down, say "buon giorno", relax and just let the tenants guide you... Life is close to perfecto ... This place is good for everyone! We went with 4 kids who all loved their meals, which is half of a miracle ...

We ate here twice while staying Montemarcello and loved it. The food was excellent – meat and vegetarian alike – the atmosphere was really nice as were the owners who were well able to translate the menu into English for us. The wine was good and complemented the food very well. Thoroughly recommend as did several other diners when we... More
