Each year, this place on our list. Excellent price / quality ratio. Nice location; both in and outside.

We visited here very often when visiting the area. The food was consistently the best we had each visit and it became our favourite for a long relaxed lunch. The plat du jour was always exceptional and great value for money. We hadn’t been back for 4 years and it was great to see Christophe was still there. The food... More

Lo Cagarol is every year on our list and also this year we enjoyed a wonderful evening on the terras. Thursday tapasnight resulted in a very relaxed night with great salsa music. Food was good even if it did not match the excellent quality of the standard plates.

We go here a lot and usually have the menu de jour which is terrific value for money and the food is great. Furthermore, my son who is v. fussy about what he will eat and even he will eat their menu d'enfant. We have been going there every summer on our trips to France for the past 10 years... More

We have been visiting this restaurant for years and were very disappointed by our recent visit. The food was not up to standard. I ordered tuna with squid ink risotto . The tuna was mediocre but the risotto was not risotto rather some black pasta with no flavour. One of the group had lamb and was not happy and another... More

I have been coming to this restaurant for 15 years. My last visit was 2 years ago, when I remarked that the menus were not as variable and ambitious as they once were, but that the food was still good. Unfortunately a downward trend appears to have continued. There is less choice on the menus, and although a "menu gourmand"... More

We spotted La Cagarol whilst driving through Aigne and promised ourselves we must return, this was a very good decision as the ambience and menu was amazing. If you like scallops you will love the Coquilles Saint Jacques aux Morilles

I loved the place and the atmosphere. Almost felt like I was part of this small French community. A stroll around the village was also very interesting and not like anything I had seen before. Great food, good value, loved the experience!

Went for an evening meal with friends. Friendly welcome. The food is Tapas style. There is a good choice on the menu and at reasonable prices. The two resident dogs cause some laughter as they bark and chase passing cars. A very pleasant evening had by all. Well worth a visit. Free Wi Fi.

Lo Cagarol is for some years now on our shortlist when we visit The area. Also this time we enjoyed with the family an excellent diner in a nice ambiance. Still one of my favorite restaurants in the area.
